Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification. betano will process approved withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad within 15 minutes of approval. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take up to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution. betano reserves the right to return withdrawals to the original deposit method. In cases where this is not technically possible, alternative arrangements will be agreed with the player.
Funding Source Restrictions: You may only deposit funds that are legitimately owned by you. betano does not accept funds from third parties, corporate accounts, or sources connected to illegal activity. Any deposit suspected of originating from such sources will be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.
Minimum and Maximum Limits: Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day. Current limits are published in the betano Payments section and may be adjusted from time to time. VIP tier holders may be eligible for elevated withdrawal limits as a benefit of their VIP status.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the betano platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit copying, redistribution, modification, reverse engineering, public display, or commercial exploitation of any betano content.
Any unauthorised use of betano's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of the player's account and may give rise to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

Scheduled maintenance windows, unexpected technical failures, or events of force majeure — including but not limited to natural disasters, telecommunications failures, or government actions — may temporarily interrupt platform availability. betano will not be liable for losses incurred as a result of such interruptions.
betano reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, betano will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via email notification or a prominently displayed in-platform notice.
All amendments take effect upon publication at https://betano.lol/terms-conditions unless a later effective date is specified. Your continued use of the betano platform after an amendment has been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using betano and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of betano's platform. In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved through betano's internal complaints procedure, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.
